India has 6 neighbors, dispute with everyone except puppet Bhutan and Burma. Do the maths.

SCS is uninhabited, not border dispute. Everyone has dispute with everyone in SCS, not just China. The claims are overlapping to a great extent.

Burma is not puppet of India. Burma is friendly to both China and India and will remain neutral.

Burma needs both India and China.

Vietnamese passionately hate China. Laotians are resentful and fearful of China, so are Cambodians. Thais are probably one of the most neutral yet they see Mainland Chinese as obnoxious, which they are. Burmese generally dislike China but have no choice but to cooperate with China due to political isolation. Indians now passionately hate China. Nepalis are probably neutral towards China because they are bullied by India. Russians are generally ok with China but still maintain a racial supremacist mindset. Kazakhs dislike and distrust China because of the Uighur issue. Same for much of the other Stans. The Filipinos hate China because of the South China Sea issue and being brainwashed by White men for 400 years. China's only neighbor that genuinely likes it is Pakistan and perhaps North Korea, though the Koreans really hate everybody who is not Korean to be honest. This goes for North and South.
