Well already GoP is doing its best to erase the evidence like cordoning off of Faridkot, disappearance of Kasab's parents, U-turns by Nawaz Sharif about Kasab, statements that Masood Azhar no more in custody when just 2 weeks before GoP made a statement that he was house arrested. These all indicate the sincerity of GoP.


Imagine, once evidence is handover to Pakistan, what will be the fate of investigation. No body will handover evidence to the burglar in an investigation of burglary, can they?.

These are all pure psy-ops done through media. It was never declared officially about 24hr deadline (which came in your media) and 30 days deadline (which came in our media). There are no deadlines, India will strike by taking its own time with proper intel and preparation on the ground.

That's what I'm trying to figure out. The easiest answer is that it just wouldn't do any good, as Imran Khan suggests. Given Pakistan's sorry record, I imagine the culprits would simply be placed under "house arrest" - that's what the world would be told, anyway. Meanwhile reporter after reporter would check up on the person arrested only to discover that they are living in luxury on money supplied from unknown parties and permitted to go to and from town and mosque as they wish and sometimes even beyond, even as policemen standing nearby deny this, citing their orders to deny such things.

In other words, India may feel, given the record, the more that is revealed to Pakistan the more the offenders will be protected and celebrated as jihadi/nationalist heroes, and the less likely they will be to face justice - and the more likely that the revealed information will be applied to assure greater terrorist successes in the future.
