'India needs to be part of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor'

According to UNCLOS, maximum 12 Nautical miles from coastline of a country could be claimed as territorial water of that country where its laws apply. In this zone, Naval vessels have a right of innocent passage.
According to the map(which is official and from a reliable source): Pakistan originally had 200NM, which was extended to 350 NM, all in the map. And you state that, '12 Nautical miles from coastline of a country could be claimed as territorial water of that country where its laws apply.' Confirm it, i don't get it. Either you are wrong or have made a mistake.

The green portion in this map is EEZ in which you have exclusive fishing and drilling rights. You cannot impede shipping in this area. In Blue you only have exclusive drilling rights.

You made a mistake as its not about indian shipping as already cargo going to india crosses through EEZ of Pakistan its about any sub sea pipeline that India cant built in our EEZ . Read post#64

Stop wasting my time.

You do not have any locus-standi to stop India from constructing pipeline in your EEZ. You could only prevent India from erecting pumping stations in your EEZ.

Reads links that have already been provided.

In dreams you can build pipelines from mars as well but in reality you need our permission or incidentally every other day any such piplelines will be broken when we will be construction our offshore platforms:-)

Anyways, CPEC is not be a big changer for India because India too is connect to Arabian sea and India has better ports along the Gujrat and Maharastra coast line.
This is exactly what is was thinking. And connectivity via Iran to CAR bypassing Pakistan altogether has some strategic advantages too.

For which you would be liable to pay damages to owner. So be my guest. Your bankrupt country could barely survive without loans to pay your circular debt; it would be wonderful to see you lose even more forex in form of penalities you will have to pay to India.

When owner will build anything in our EEZ without our permission they are responsible for everything.:-)

Chahbar will soon become also a chinese area of intrest...Pak has no problem with Indian transit trade..but it cannot allow Indian trucking services to protect jobs for its local truckers..

Dude... Chinese interest in Chabahar does not mean India cannot use that port. Intact, if China invests in Chabahar, it would automatically mean they are subsidizing our project there. And also lesser trade through Gwadar, since the Chinese will have to route some of its trade through Chabahar to justify its investment there.

So... In short, China investing in Chabahar is not at all a good news for Pakistan.

Pakistan's idea of resolution of Kashmir is for Indian to hand it over. Thanks but no thanks. These are such silly notions imagined by Pakistanis who have been brought up on the diet of Hindus being baniyas kind of stuff & actually delude themselves into believing that India can be persuaded to give up Kashmir for some economic (real or imagined) benefits.

There isn't enough money around that will get India to do what you wish. As I have said many times before, if Kashmir is the price for better relations with Pakistan, it will be a price that will remain unpaid. Without any second thoughts.
Oh you and others like you are naive, you're looking at short term not long term that matters the most. lol

Apart from the typical trolling, i beleive that China Pakistan corridor is a great thing that is happening..For a moment, let us keep politics aside...No other nation will benifit in the infra structure in our region as China does it ..The reason is simple, Chine requires it so that it is benifitial to him too...In that way, the investment are benifitial to both way unlike investement from West which most of the time are political investment...

Sooner or later, China will make sure, its infrastructure will get connected with India and also Iran to enhance the corridir..Because more is always merrier..We can keep fighting with each other but what is wrong if in spite of fighting we can earn some money out of it..

Again, Pakistan friends..i know you will start trolling me, but i am predicting from the perspective of China and its economic investment in the region...And i think even establishment in Pakistan and India also understand it and sooner or later i hope India and Pakistan will learn to live as a normal nations and look forward to explore the economic opportunity.
