Pardon me if I don't believe you. But your credibility and my experience would not let me bank on your statement. It is a fact that labour laws in India are much more worker oriented than China and exploitation of workforce is difficult because there is no absolute authority unlike the seat of your zhongguo.

He made entire government efficient and started removing corrupted and inefficient officers from top level , and same started getting inherited at bottom levels of government. Till date in India if some industrialist wants to open industry in any state he needs to give 10% -15% bribe or partnership to politicians or their relatives. Modi removed all this and he started meeting industrialist in person removing need of giving bribe to corrupt ministers.He directed officers and made sure that all big plans get approval and resources in minimum time. With his approach of understanding need of industry , all major industrialist are liking him and praising him in press. Most important he is not a corrupt .. he is CM of Gujarat from last 9 years still his elder brother is operating small glossary shop in his native village (in some states of India relative and friends on CM become billionaires in 5 years). He is bachelor and not having any immediate family which is also advantage for him so he can direct his all energy in progress of state. Today Gujarat is power surplus state and generation capacity is 12000+ MW and increasing by 8%-10% yearly.Gujarat's wind power capacity grows 500% in six years.

Rest of the India follows Hypocritic Socialism where government does not allows growth in the name of poor.It stress upon economic inefficient populist policies at the cost of macroeconomic policies.The result is that most of the allocation is misappropriated by corrupt officials.The uncontrolled government borrowing crowd out credit for private sector weakning macroeconomic factors.It is the wrong lesson they learned during their commie past (Indira gandhi + Rajiv Gandhi) period that only schemes ment for poors are relevent to poors,not the general economic health.
