The truth is that Canada needs immigrants. An even more bitter truth that the Canadian government will never acknowledge, is that there is a hierarchy among the immigrants that Canada is targetting. At the top is the white Anglophone world. Then are white French. Then other Europeans. After that are Indian Sikhs/Hindus, Arabs, East Asians. Then Africans.
