This is exactly what I mean.I'm not arguing that Pascal has an exact IQ of 195.If chinese have higher average iq than westerners ,then they have significant contributions to science and technology than westerners.
If one race is smarter than other ,then honkongese are smarter than chinese as they have higher IQ and both are different races.

You may be listing some collaborative inventions .Frankly i can't list a single chinese scientist name and i don't remember having studied one.But I can list several western scientists' names.

You had asked abt how IQ of pascal is determined.We don't even need to know how Pascal got this IQ. Asssuming chinese having high IQ,having high population,and a large history there should a large no of 'chinese Pascals' as well by the same IQ measure ,but couldn't find any .

I'm not discrediting chinese inventions.Only thing is that chinese or any other race is not superior to other race based on IQ.

No offence, i don't know what you've been taught but I watched a NAT GEO program where they showed a hindu tablet carved 600 AD with the number 0. the arabians while did contribute to math during and after your prophets life. They had recieved the wealth of information through trade from the Indian subcontienent which was at the height of its golden age.
