Sorry, we don't have Hindus or muslims in our army but Indian. But I guess people who give prime importance for religion and faith over nation and nationality will never understand that.

The different regiments may still have certain cast or territorial names introduced by the British, like Sikh, Jat or Mardras regiments. But all of them are an amalgamation of men from every part of the nation.
