1999 - 5353Captured no man's land in Pakistani side of the border and lost point 5310. Drass sector there was a zero line through which the LOC passes consisting of 4 peaks which were unoccupied by both sides. After the war, India grabbed three peaks and pakistan 1. The point 5353 is that 1 peak on zero line and it is the highest point in the area but it is surrounded on 3 sides by Indian posts so it is of very little military value. The reason why india did not capture this peak was that its ridgeline is 90 deg on Indian side but smoother on Pakistani side in the area called gultari. This is precisely the reason that India never had a post there. The LOC per se remains unaltered.

1948 - Pakistan freed Azad Kashmir and GB and changed geo strategic future of Pakistan forever, we opened a direct route to China, blocked india from Central Asia and Russia, Afghanistan etc but also meant any route heading down towards Arabian sea or Indian ocean HAD to go through Pakistan.
This was a major victory for a new born Pakistan even if we never freed all of Kashmir, without it we would be as useless and surrounded as Bangladesh

It was so bad for india that they were terrified that they would lose all of Kashmir
So like COWARDS they launched a direct attack on a major populated city
(Prior to this neither Pakistan nor India had attacked populated cities our problems were ONLY about Kashmir)
India however was beaten back its shameful attack destroyed and thrown back across the border


1971- A 7 times larger india participated in a civil war in which we couldn't reinforce or supply our troops and dealing with a civil insurgencies...
If this is the glory of hindu bravery then its clear why their was 1000 years of muslim rule in india

Pakistan however has gained freedom because of Kashmir hostilities
Without Kashmir I have NO DOUBT Pakistani politicians would have been lured by indian money, our similarities in culture would mean we would be immersed in indian culture,
Without hostility we would NEVER have developed our military or NUCLEAR WEAPONS
we would be subject (like Bangladesh) to india who would have peace, open borders and dominate the sub continent

Pakistan has problems to work through but we are a free independent state, a nuclear power with a significant military and if all things work out have a major part to play in muslim worlds future

Lol! Did Pakistan declare war on Kashmir or India? You declared war on India, we attacked you in all directions and because your generals want to bite the winning apple, you fought amongst each other and lost the war.
