India grew at Hindu Growth Rate earlier. When it became friendly with the US, it grew more than that. Why don't you go back to Russia and ditch the USA, the poor guys helped you so much all along. And then see the tricks happening.

We grew fast 'cause we threw out the License Raj in 1991, and then liberalised the economy. USA didn't help us.

Russia may not have helped us economically, but they have been the best friend of India so far, and they are the only ones who we can honestly trust. When the US 7th Fleet came into IOR in 1971, it was Russia that risked a nuclear war to help us.

it is a political game thats all.. India always acts on her interest. It is the stupidity of muslims that saudi is great freinds with US but being Sunni it wants to destroy permanently any challenge posed by Shia by asking US to annihilate it (thats why both syria and iran are axis of evi). once this is done , US will take Saudi (with it mecca and medina too) and consume all its oil. and pakistan is in saudi pocket. the muslim world has been stupidly divided and being conquered. india not buying oil from iran is a small tactical move in the big picture.
