A senior Indian minister has said that
his government is aware that Mumbai
underworld don Dawood Ibrahim, the
alleged mastermind of the 1993
Mumbai serial blasts, is living in
Pakistan, according to local media
reports Saturday.
"We know where he (Dawood) is but
surely no one is allowing, no one will
allow me to go to the place and point
out his house," Indian Home Minister
P. Chidambaram told the media Friday.
The minister said the matter was
raised with Pakistan on several
occasions.
"We have raised it with Pakistan. I
have raised it with my counterparts.
They are in flat denial. They deny that
Dawood Ibrahim is in Pakistan," he
said.
The 1993 Mumbai blasts were a series
of 13 bomb explosions that took place
in Mumbai on 12 March, 1993. The
coordinated attacks killed 250 people
and injured over 700 others. Dawood
Ibrahim fled India following the 1993
Mumbai serial blasts.
In an apparent reduced replica of the
1993 blasts, 19 were killed in July this
year in a triple bomb attack in
Mumbai. Police suspect underworld
criminals were involved in the blasts.

. . .
Amazing!

So when are we going to lift our objection to EU trade concessions to Pakistan.

I wonder how amazng it will be if somehow, Dawood also gains from the sacrifices of Indian textile traders.

Nothing new :hitwall: when we know where Hafiz Saeed is and can't do a thing , what can we do about Dawood ?

No wonder his associates and organization still operates with impunity.

They kept OBL for six years and 35000 Pakistanis lost their lives! Let them keep this Indian don / terrorist also. The bad activities will haunt them just like it did for keeping OBL ..

. .
Have the guts to admit it though.. Doing it openly is called giving asylum.. Hiding behind feigned ignorance is called aiding a fugitive ....

like i said...it happens round the world...men wanted in one country live happily in another...and that country is not bound by any treaty kr agreement to harrass/arrest/extradite that person.
if india is that concerned...why not request pakistan to make a wider agreement in which both countries are bound to extradite each others fugitives....

If that agreement happens then your entire government will be in Indian jail. lol

Pakistan shelters terrorists, nothing new there.

As long as they pay for their crimes we can live with it. As long as more harm (reputational, material and internal rot) is done to Pakistan than Pakistan inflicts through these ''non state actors'', the game favors us.

The results speak for themselves. And we can depend on Pakistan's inablity for course correction.
