Naw, we have afghans for that.

There is a sizable population of bengalis in Karachi and in the 90s we tried to send them back but bangladesh literally forced 2 airplanes to turn around and go back to Pakistan.
These are Bengali citizens... Their mother nation refused to let them back into Bangladesh....:tsk:

They are not Bengali, they are razakar, al-badar, bihari. razakar, al-badar may borned in Bangladesh or spoke Bengali language, but they are traitors and we do not consider them one of us. No self-respecting Bengali will go to a country like Pakistan.

I understand that you have small man syndrome but all bengalis right after 71 who chose pakistan were given citizenship.
In the 80s and 90s tons of bengalis illegally came to Pakistan and we tried to return them, but your country refused.

"By 1995, continuous migration of Bangladeshis crossed the 2,500,000 mark. "

You can lie to yourself to protect your ego but truth is truth.

from the food tour channels that went to pakistan... it gives me the assumption that pakistanis eat more fishes than bengalis

You can get fish in Pakistan for sure, but we are a red meat people. Which has helped us be taller than the average Indian/Bengali.

Also there is nothing that can complete against the smell of a good kabab.

While I agree some Pakistanis are taller than average, really the difference between the heights is negligible and as for meat... bengalis eat beef more than fish tbh
Fishes are more expensive on average than beef

We need all the help we can get, all the development we have had so far was not just due to the sheer willpower of Bangladeshis, it was done with the help of foreign powers, likewise future development will also be dependent on outside investments. I honestly don't see a problems with working with the Indians, they are the Superpower in the region and there is no way Bangladesh will surpass them, so may as well work with them. I would like for the comparison bewtween the two countries be like that between Japan and China.

Please enlighten us further by explaining what on earth the foreign powers did to spur the present momentum ? FDI in Bangladesh have been minuscule until very recently, they are coming in only because of the investments being made in the infrastructures and the current economic growth.

Your personal feelings are relevant only to you. No one else cares.

If India hadn't interfered, it would have taken us maybe twelve months instead of nine to liberate Bangladesh. Arms would have come in - in some other conduit. A whole nation cannot be subdued if they are determined. Study Dien Bien phu sometime.

So irrelevant, it seems to always be about putting a ethnic groups appearance on pedestal and making digs/remarks at cultural habits and no actual feedback on the topic at hand..

Some speak like we can't get access to meat lol. You go to any Muslim community and you will see them to be meat eaters. It isn't exclusive to one race lmao.

The Somalis are real meat eaters, biriis and hilib. All South Asian Muslim communities who can afford meat will eat abundantly. Nothing special man lol

The price on Fish and 20kg Basmati means our expenses on food is two fold. You know what I mean bro.

Az Khayl betain betin boni gisoyn. These days men have become women. Little koonies.

You are sounding if there is anything wrong or shameful about eating fish. Why we have to explain to the stupid Pakis about whether we eat more fish or more meat? If anything, they should be sorry that, due to their dry landscape, their fish production is low and can not be raised much. So they can not eat fish adequately, a source of animal protein much much better than red meat. We, Bangladeshi eat just 23 kg fish per year per person, while in South Korea, it is 78.5 kg, Norway 66.6 kg, Japan 53.7 kg. Should Korean, Scandinavian, Japanese should feel ashamed about eating so much fish? Never be apologetic for doing good/right thing. Eating fish is beneficial for health, eating red meat is bad. Our fish consumption need to increase by at least 3 times.

Sometimes I feel like India should not had interfered in Pakistan's personal matter, India should had watched the show instead...:pakistan:

Well 70,000 strong IPKR was kicked out of Sri Lanka by the ragtag LTTE trained by India ! After duly kicking out India from Sri Lanka LTTE went to India to blow Rajiv Gadhis head off his shoulder. India has active insurgency in at least provinces, I suggest you pay attention to that before India dis-integrates.

EPA and DHA are omega-3 fatty acids in fish oil that are vital for normal brain function and development.
SE Asian folks eat more fish than anyone else in the world. Curiously, SE Asian folks have the highest average IQ in the world.

Not only that, regular eating of fish reduce the risk of heart attack, heart failure. The leading cause of death in modern times. Fish oil reduce the harmful cholesterol and clear the coronary artery supplying blood to heart. While Red meat is exactly opposite. It precipitate all these risks.

Fish are pretty high in Omega-3 fatty acids, which have been proven to help intelligence and brain function beyond a doubt, says something about Bangladeshi kids doing well in school. What some ignorant schmuck says (dissing fish) only proves his ignorance.

All freshwater fish are great sources of Omega-3 fatty acids, but if you live in Western countries, these are the best varieties found in their markets with highest content. But they will cost you.
  1. Wild-caught Salmon (King of western fish Norwegian is my favorite - $50 per pound on average)
  2. Sardines (No worries about mercury)
  3. Anchovies (also low mercury levels, I like the dried variety)
  4. Rainbow Trout (farmed varieties are fine)
  5. Catfish (US varieties are good, stay away from Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese-sourced unregulated farmed varieties)
I'd stay away from Albacore Tuna and Halibut, they have moderate to high mercury content.

Hilsa is getting very expensive with demand, $30 to $50 per kg is very common in the US nowadays. American Shad is the local alternative, but the taste is not the same.

Call me paranoid - but does he sound like a real Bangladeshi? What Bangladeshis do we know who have this kind of views?

The GDP growth so far has been exclusively local consumption driven, FDI inflow has been negligible as an instrument of growth.

India dont hv a track record in building smart cities at home.
