China is not a superpower like India so it's ok for China not getting into MTCR.

Right on the first part: China isn't a superpower.

China is a hyper-power with very successful prospects of getting into MTCR.

India will give its full support for this noble Chinese quest

What's the problem in selling nuclear reactor to Pakistan....they are for peaceful purposes..or generation of electricity...and they come under IAEA ...they regularly visit and monitor these plants and keep a record of all the fissile material....so what's wrong here in selling a peaceful commodity to another country even if its not NSG member.

The problem is not with Pakistan buying but with China selling.

For example, India can sell nuclear reactors to Pakistan as both of them are not members of the NSG.

India : MTCR : Yes, NSG: All the benefits ,just no title (purpose met)
China : NSG: Yes, MTCR :NO
