If you have nationwide protests against "rape" repeatedly in N Delhi or elswhere in India then you know how devastating the problem is when you compare the same to the other parts of the world

It just proves that India is a very self-righteous society which abhors even the small number of crimes that happens. The outrage was a reaction to that or perhaps you can call it over reaction. Given how freely Indian women move in India and participate in all facets of life, there is no way our stats are unreliable.

So let me see , united kingdom has a population of 5% of indian population but your number of rapes are around 72% of ours. Your rape rate is almost 16 times of ours.


But according to krantikari media channels like NDTV and BBC only indian men are capable of doing rapes , its indian culture to rape a women , indian rapists must be interviewed and their point of view should be known because they are very important people.

Lol those stats of india having a relatively low rape rate is pure propaganda. It's obvious the Indian government watered down the stats to try to statistically prove the rape rate really is not what it really seems to be. Of course India needs their tourism - especially in Mumbai, in order not to deter those potential tourists who look up the safety of India before planning their travels, the government is going to screwing up stats a bit. After all, you guys have local far right parties and government officials in Kashmir who supports the gang rape and murder of an 8 year old muslim girl commited by cops themselves.

According to those stats even Canada's rape rate is almost equivalent to India's if not higher. Canada is a population of 30 million! Their must be a fallacy involved. The only explanation is the Canada and the rest of the developed Countries stats are for real, and those Countries take their rape accusation and charging seriously, where as India obviously watered down their stats in addition to brushing off a lot of surplus rape accusations that may have been serious. Also I'm extremely sure a lot of rape goes unreported in order to save honor as well. White people? They don't give a crap about self honor and family honor
