India is the largest military importer ,yet it lacks basic sanitary facilities like toilets.India should get its priorities straight.

how is the military connected with sanitation...miltary is very important for the country..two vultures are sitting in the neighbourhood, if you just start making toilets then you will be shitting in the toilets and when you come out you will be welcomed by somebody else and not your family!! plus the toilets is not federal govt. portfolio but the state govt portfolio...
