Well This is based on DATA... in my city where electricity was available for 12 to 14 hrs till 3 years back... it improved to upto 16 to 18 hrs in 2016 and now it is 20+ hrs...

Well in my city it is 22 hrs +... but I live in a area where minority is in majority... electricity theft bahut hoti h... that is why some technical faults keep happening in a week or two... specially is summer... but yes issues get resolved very swiftly...
