India is heading towards partition on the basis of language, religion and caste: SP MP Jaya Bachch

Let’s all hope that India do the right and honorable thing and split into many pieces. This British created monstrosity has no place in the rank of nations. The sooner it disintegrated, the better for the people of the world, especially the Indians today.

Why is this failure allowed to pollute every thread with zero knowledge of the topic?

Hindu Mahasabha? Sardar Patel? 700 million? That must be some really good ganja...
700 or 70 million i dont remember correct words but we were a lot to be considered a minority......This was also criticized by Ubaidullah Sindhi too.

. .
This led to the rise of Muslim League which was back then largely obscure party.

And it will be impossible for any new state to view you as a neutral entity so it's more than likely that these new states will form close economical ties with each other considering the infrastructure for it already exists.

You'll be back to square one. But please go ahead and spend as much time and effort as humanly possible on this fantasy.
No we wont....

India if it breaks will not fragment due to Pakistan but due to internal problems where the hindu right wing is at the foundations of all problems. The north south divide and the especially the minoritiea who feel daily alienation.
Some states will form close trade and military alliance with pakistans and this will especially be the case with minoties.
Have a good day thinking its all cake

Dravidistan
And what's this BS about getting closer?
Whatever name southern states want to have after indian balkanization, either dravidanadu, dravidistan or USSI. It doesn't matter, the headlines that should be more cocerning to you is india heading towards another partition.

India is India because of majority of Hindus....decrease in hindi population can be felt in Kasmir, northeast and tribal areas where secretion movements are going on.As long as 1 billion Hindus are there no one can break India further.Stupid politicians can only bark...jai hind

Fraternal relationship with Nepal? :cheesy: What parallel universe are you living in?

There is no such concept as "Dravidistan". Dravidian is a linguistic strain. You should have a fraternal relationship (whatever that is) with Sri Lanka too going by your views but ties between Pakistan and Sri Lanka can at best be categorised as cordial. Pray tell, what can Pakistan offer any hypothetical independent state of modern India? I mean, you've been itching to nuke us for the last 20 years.

Are you high on opium?
Bhartia janata denial mode.

You are bringing refrence out of context here, our major issue of conflict with india is Kashmir. How this bharti janata really thinks that kashmir issue will any way bother independent southern states of india?

Square zero then because this is nothing but a pipe dream. Admittedly internal strife within communities has a far more damaging impact in fuelling separatist sentiment than any external force. A phenomenon which the Pakistani military leadership hopes to exploit. Thus far, our political structure and law of governance have prevented this from happening so it's still an unlikely probability.

The question still remains, what can Pakistan offer any newly formed state?

Pakistan has been singing the same tune for a while now mate. But we're not the ones who cracked.

Kashmir is merely a flash point of hostilities between two religious communities. It's unproductive to view it as an insulated territorial conflict. Yes, Southern states are less likely to have strong opinions on Kashmir but you deal with India as a whole through the central government which represents all states. So when you point nuclear weapons at India, it includes the North, South and East. It's similar to how the rest of the world deals with the EU.

Unfortunately, if india is united---Pakistan will have to nuke ALL of it, including Southern States.

Southern indians are great people and a great culture. Ya'll should definitely form your own country and have best relationship with us. North indians are ignorant, arrogant, aggressive lunatics. We both are dealing with the same problem :(
Hindus are the problem. You want another Hindu majority country in south Asia.

Seriously, if Pakistan has any conflict with india then its overtly associated with Kashmir. Rest are at their own, so their is no state policy involved with any of such separatist movements in india.
