You understood me.. It's not just India, we need to take precautions against anyone entering Pakistan. A large population of Indians and Pakistanis lives in gulf, and until recently, there wasn't any travel ban. I hope I am wrong, but probably the virus has already entered Pakistan.

It is being handled well. Most patients I know I being treated free of cost(the government is paying)
My hospital is handling 350 patients, with 90 in ICU.
The only ones we are refusing are those with severely damaged lungs with no chance of recovery. And we are a private medical College.

While there's a triple mutant virus found in India, the deaths are due to not getting oxygen on time.

the 15% who require hospitalization, if not supplied with supplemental oxygen, have an increased chance of dying of Corona. This is true with any covid variation.

Indians actually shot themselves in the foot when they didn't take any precaution during kumbh mela and then during the election rallies.
