At least Sri Lanka is planning on touring again in Pakistan later this year.

Quite correct there. But if it is seriously and correctly investigated; then at least something may surface. None of that is apparent. Then there is the case of the murder of Benazir Bhutto, the numerous Bomb-Blasts in public places like the Data Darbar Shrine etc. Nothing substantial has come out of those investigations either!
There were a lot of claims and statements made. But the truth behind those incidents still remain hidden.
