The issue of West Pakistan was an internal issue of Pakistan. If there was an uprising Pakistan was to deal it, India should not interfere in it. When India interfered now it was a one sided attack with out provoking..........
Last time I checked the only people living in camps in "Azad" Kashmir, are those who were displaced because of the 2005 earthquake.
As for the UN resolution, you don't know squat.

India interfered in the internal, domestic affairs of Pakistan; & they had no right to do that.
Imagine if this is included in Pakistani school curriculum They already have so much hatred and intolerance mentioned in the textbooks of primary schools

India Invaded Pakistan In 1971: Know The Facts, And The Enemy
ISLAMABAD, PakistanTime for some facts on India's 1971 invasion of Pakistan.
Mukti Bahini were not just another insurgent force: on the contrary, their original core consisted of defectors from the former East Bengal Regiments of the Pakistani Army, who reached the Indian soil and also those Hindus who had fled East Pakistan and crossed over to India and had returned after having received complete training in the art of guerrilla warfare. They were soon reinforced by a considerable number of volunteers, mainly students, then during April and May, Pakistan had purged Bengalis from the armed forces. Many others defected, while those who remained were not trusted. Result was that the combat effectiveness of Pakistani units suffered considerably. Once in India, together with other volunteers from East Pakistan, they were trained and organized into six new East Bengal Regiments in June 1971. By November 1971, the Mukti Bahini was reinforced by the addition of three artillery batteries as well as a small flying service (operating two Aérospatiale SA.316B Alouette III helicopters, one DeHavilland Canada DHC-3 Otter and a single Douglas DC-3 Dakota transport). They were counting up to 85,000 and their order of battle during the war in December was as follows:
K Force/Brigade, consisting of 10th and 11th East Bengal Regiment and No.3 Field Battery- S Force/Brigade, consisting of 2nd and 4th East Bengal Regiment, and No.1 Field Battery- Z Force/Brigade, consisting of 1st, 3rd, and 8th East Bengal Regiment, and No.2 field Battery.
The Indian terror militia was dismantled as soon as the war ended with the surrender of the outnumbered Pakistani units. India crowned its invasion with orchestrating a secession, declaring the occupied Pakistani lands an independent country.
===========
1. Bengalees whether in the armed forces or elsewhere, rose up in resistance to the attack unleashed on them. Students, farmers, workers - all manner of people of all ages, men and women resisted Pakistanis after the crackdown, 25/26 March 71. Except with the non-Bengalee population Pakistanis lost total support in BD the moment the first shot was fired.
2. In the exodus that resulted 90% were Hindus. However almost all of them registered themselves in the refugee camps where they spent their time. Some took add jobs through relations/friends. There was not a single Muslim family staying in refugee camps.
3. Only about 0.05% Mukti Bahini members could be Hindus. The percentage ,may be lower, not more. Indians made a lot of effort to attract them but failed. Shaheed e Khalistan Brig Sabegh Singh had personally visited all camps and addressed the Hindu youth to join, but drew a blank.
4. Maj C R Dutta, FF Regt (probably 4 FF), the only Hindu officer in the fighting arms of PA, was on LPR when the war started, and he becane a Sector Commander. Suranjeet Sengupta, now a cabinet minister, had been a political activist and he was a Sub-Sec Commander. Jibon Kanhai Das was a student. He had joined and was commissioned from the makeshift academy at Murti. Although of ASC, this fine officer rose to be a Maj Gen. But there isn't much more of Hindu contribution to actual fighting.
5. The other factor that needs to be noted is the location of the refugee camps. They were mostly located in the Bengalee states of Tripura and W Bengal. The other states were not very keen about the idea. A reason that moved Indira Gandhi to act is the tremendous pressure exerted by these states on her.
6. None of the Bengalee Muslims resided permanently in any refugee camp. Almost all of them went across to get trained and come back to train others, and to fight. By the onset of winter Gen Niazi was facing a population 100% hostile (less non - Bengalees), an armed opposition of a million men and an unarmed opposition of several million. This opposition was ever growing.
