be cause if they were operating from the Indian side they would of already been apprehended.

clearly they are operating from across the border.

also the reason they are found is because of radio transmissions they use to communicate with people across the border, and intercepted transmission's that are used to locate these infiltrators , mention how they(infiltrators) have crossed the border as they get direction and logistical support from across the border, from an unknown source right? well unknown according to the Pakistani army any way

well who said anything about the Indian police this is about the border security and the insurgency in Kashmir which has achieved success due to the huge troop concentrations in the area. the first bit was meant to be taken with a bit of humor any way, i am sorry for u if u dint get that.

And i am pretty sure, the fact that there are radio transmissions being intercepted Tips of the BSF to the infiltrators . and that radio triangulation has been in use since ww2.

Hmm clearly you have something on your mind with regards to this issue, So without delay it would be appreciated if your would stop beating around the bush say what you have been hinting at in all your counter points.

Your right it is India's attitude to blame Pak. Its their territory, India cant send troops to attack these individuals when they are in Pakistan. what else can India do if we don't say anything nothing changes , if we say something nothing changes, except you have to hear us say it.

I am not going to say anything to ISI or Pak Army links with these madmen, I dnt have any substantial proof on that. And i never said there was a link in my posts earlier either. I avoided it on purpose because of the lack of proof.

But all i did mention was that Pak army isn't doing anything to stop these incursions on their side. And why would Pak army do anything, its only Indians that are dieing. there citizens are safe and their army is safe. Pak army duty is done

Pak lives will bot be risked for the sake of Indian lives, and vice versa.

SRINAGAR, India-controlled Kashmir, Aug. 27 (Xinhua) -- A militant owing allegiance to Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) outfit was killed Thursday morning in a gun fighting in India-controlled Kashmir, defence officials said.

The gun fighting broke out in Keshwan forests of Kishtwar district, 275 kilometers northeast of Jammu, the winter capital of Indian-controlled Kashmir.

"One militant was killed in a joint operation carried by Indian army and police. The gun fighting broke after the militants fired on the search party," said Lt. Col Biplab Nath, defense spokesman based in Jammu in a telephonic interview to Xinhua.

He said that the operation was carried out on prior information about the presence of militants in the area.

"The gun fighting is going on in the area which indicates the militant presence," Nath said.

Meanwhile, another encounter that broke out in Mahore of Reasi district, 180 kilometers north of Jammu on has ended without any causality on either side.

Police sources said the militants have managed to escape in the upper reaches. Gun fighting between militants and Indian army troopers in Indian-controlled Kashmir takes place intermittently.

Police and Defense officials maintain that most of the times the operations triggering gun fights are carried out on prior information about presence of militants in specific areas.

There has been a surge in militancy related incidents since Aug. 1.

Arms, ammunition recovered from militant hideout in J&K

JAMMU: Security forces have busted a militant hideout and recovered arms and ammunition from it in Mahore area of Jammu and Kashmir, police said
on Friday.

On specific information, Rashtriya Rifles troops and police launched a joint operation and busted the militant hideout at Purja Pathri in Mahore area, 160 km from here, in Reasi district last evening, he said.

The recoveries from the hideout included one Pika gun along with its 100 rounds, two rocket propelled guns among other things.

Infiltration bid foiled, five guerrillas killed

Srinagar: Five guerrillas attempting to cross over from Pakistan were killed early Wednesday when Indian Army soldiers foiled their infiltration bid in Jammu and Kashmir's Gurez sector, officials here said.
A group of infiltrators were spotted by the alert soldiers guarding the Line of Control (LoC), which divides Kashmir between India and Pakistan, in Gurez sector of north Kashmir's Bandipore district.


"The group of terrorists was challenged upon which they opened fire at the surrounding troops. In the heavy exchange of fire, five terrorists have so far been gunned down," defence spokesperson Col Uma Maheshwar told IANS here.


"The operation is still on and firing exchanges are continuing."


In another exchange of bullets between security personnel and militants in Baramulla district, a special police officer (SPO) was killed and a trooper wounded Tuesday afternoon.


Police said security forces had surrounded a forest area on specific information about the presence of a group of militants.


The hiding militants opened fire at the security forces killing an SPO on the spot and wounding a trooper.
