He is correct. India did not realise the vileness of the politics inherent in the Muslim world. Again islam is a political structure and should not be confused with God and religion. But the good part is that the quality of the adherents of this political system is below par. So they can create trouble Nd damage but may not be able to regain power. In fact they will only be able to anything with the crutches of other powers.
Look at Saudi Sunnis, for all their self importance they are impotent and under the boot of US. Syria - russia. Pakistan? China. Turkey - EU. Indonesia and Malaysia living in line with Asean. Only trouble maker is Iran. But when the mullahs are overthrown they will become normal again. Others are just either irrelevant or terrorists.
But from indias perspective we should not let our guard down and ensure this political system cannot raise its ugly head.
