No, they are not compromised and hacking attacks on military-purpose UAV rarely succeed. Iranian stories are to be taken with a grain of salt in this regard.

UAV have crash-landed in Iraq and Afghanistan as well, not just in Iran. Does this imply that insurgents are adept hackers as well? Crash-landing can occur due to a technical fault which materialized unexpectedly during the course of operations, or due to disruptions in communication channels which are not necessarily due to EW activities in the vicinity. Nothing is perfect or 100% glitch-free.
