Terror is terror whether its done in Pakistan or in India. You mean VHP massacre Indian Muslims and this should be no point of concern for ur but when ur own agents kidnap two sikhs in Pakistan ur government raisese the issue in bilateral talks. India is
a confused state...it pretend to be a secular state but has concerns for Hindus and Sikhs in Pakistan. And we show a concern for our Muslim brothers and sisters in India you mind it ?
Its the terror in uniform of ur 800000 plus army which forced Kashmiris to form Lashkar and hizb and its the terror of RSS and VHP which forced Indian Muslims to form Indian Mujahideen and SIMI but you blame Pakistan for export of terror ?[/QUOTE]

then what do u call the killing of hindu bhramins in the kashmir valley in the mid 90's by ru so called freedom fighters what do u call that as donot call them freedom struggle its an act of terrorism
and what do u call the killing of hindus in pakistan punjab state and recently a sikhs and u say that its indian agent bull **** man u proved how low and cheap u can go in this regard when india gets attacked by terrorist from pakistan u blamed those were picked from samjautha express and arrested and framed them as terrorist and now taliban kidnaps two pakistani sikhs and still u blame indian agents for it ....................... i think talking to u i will loose my dignity

these are internal matters concerned with india i can compare ur swat valley atrocities and we can keep on going on in this thread we are not talking about the internal matters of a country its the foreign policies influenced by non state actors and no where Bajarang dal RSS or VHP well what are u trying to say that UN is blind if those were terror organization they would have been banned by the indian government just the way they banned naxils and SIMI so dont post craps just for the heck of it :hitwall::hitwall:

Hindu Terror is no more an internal matter of India. Your serving Army Colonel Prohat and other serving army officers are involved in terror strike on Samjhota Express in which more than 60 Pakistani citizens were murdered.

And Terrorists like Surbajeet Singh and Kashmir Singh were sent by you to attack innocent civilians in Pakistan. Anyone of you Indians have courage to say that Surbajeet Singh is a terrorist?

Your leader of opposition Father of Hindu Terrorists Mr. L.K. Advani in 1952 tried to kill founder of Pakistan Quad-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. An FIR against Advani is still there in an Hyderabad police station. After he failed to kill Quad-e-Azam he ran away to India. I am surprise that Hafiz Saeed again and again deny that he is not involved in killing anyone anywhere but you without any proof repeat your allegations but you dont have any courage to call Advani, Surbajeet Singh and Kashmir Singh terrorists. This time I am not talking about terror of Moodi, VHP and Mother of all Hindu Terrorists the RSS... because you cry that its your internal problem when you kill innocent Muslims and Christians....but please come forward and call those of your so-called heroes terrorist who committed terror in Pakistan or against Pakistani citizen.

I again repeat the names
Advani
Col Prohat
Surbajeet Singh
Kashmir Singh

Anyone have the courage? :flame::flame:

Courage ? Plenty.

You have your facts wrong. Col.Purohit (at least get the name right) is charged with the Malegaon blasts and has never been charged with the bombing of the Samjauta Express. Actually the U.S. accused a Pakistani man Arif Qasmani of being involved. Here's the link :

On June 29, the 1267 committee of the UNSC — so named after the resolution mandating sanctions on the Al-Qaeda and the Taliban — slapped an assets freeze, travel ban and arms embargo on Karachi-based businessman Arif Qasmani, whom it described as the “chief coordinator” for the Lashkar’s “dealings with outside organisations” and a provider of “significant support for LeT terrorist operations.”

In a press release, the 1267 committee noted: “Qasmani has worked with LeT to facilitate terrorist attacks, to include the July 2006 train bombing in Mumbai, India, and the February 2007 Samjota (sic) Express bombing in Panipat, India. Qasmani utilised money that he received from Dawood Ibrahim, an Indian crime figure and terrorist supporter, to facilitate the July 2006 train bombing in Mumbai, India. Qasmani also conducted fundraising activities on behalf of LeT in late 2005. Arif Qasmani has also provided financial and other support to Al Qaeda.”

The U.N. said that in return for his support, “Al Qaeda provided Qasmani with operatives to support the July 2006 train bombing in Mumbai, India, and the February 2007 Samjota Express bombing in Panipat, India.”

The U.N. citation of Qasmani and LeT spokesman Yahya Mujahid, which was followed on Thursday by a separate ban imposed on the duo by the U.S. Treasury Department, took Indian officials by surprise.
Reality, one bite at a time: U.N. sanction on Lashkar operative a blow to Pakistan

NEW DELHI: In what should scotch all doubts about who was responsible for the of February 2007 that killed about 70 people,
US has approached the UN to get a certain Asif Kasmani declared an international terrorist.

The reasons cited by US to get Kasmani, a Pakistani national, declared an international terrorist are his involvement in the Samjhauta Express blasts.

Kasmani is considered to be the link between Laskar-e-Toiba and Al Qaida. Though India had blamed the Samjhauta Express blasts on elements from Pakistan, the latter has strenuously denied any connection to the incident.
US names Pakistan Islamic terrorist Asif Kasmani behind Samjhauta Express blasts Islamic Terrorism in India

Why you go after UNSC when your own Anti Terrorism Squad found Col.Purohit guilty for Samjhota Express.

Purohit supplied RDX for Samjhauta bomb: ATS

Purohit supplied RDX for Samjhauta bomb: ATS

Mustafa Plumber & Anubhuti Vishnoi

Nashik , New Delhi November 15 The Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) suspects that Lt Col Prasad Purohit supplied the RDX that was used in the Samjhauta Express blast on February 18, 2007 that killed 68 passengers.

The ATS suspects Purohit supplied the explosive to a person named ‘Bhagwan’ who is believed to be a link in the bomb blasts.

Seeking an extension of police custody of Purohit, Special Prosecutor for Maharashtra ATS Ajay Misar told a Nashik court that a witness in the Malegaon blast case told the agency that Purohit had claimed he had 60 kg of RDX in his possession which he had got from J&K.

Misar said: “When Purohit was stationed at the Deolali army camp, he had gone to Jammu and Kashmir on official work and is believed to have got 60 kg of RDX and a part of it was given to this link ‘Bhagwan’, who used it in the Samjhauta train blast. The ATS is probing his involvement.”

“Purohit handed over the RDX to Bhagwan who is suspected to be in hiding in the garb of a godman. So Bhagwan is a key link and we hope to learn about his whereabouts and antecedents in the three-day remand given,” Misar told The Indian Express.

The ATS also said that Purohit—along with Pragya Thakur and Dayanand Pandey—is suspected to have played a key role not only in the Malegaon blast of September 29 but in other blasts as well.

The witness, whose statement had been recorded, had said that Purohit showed him two small brown bags containing RDX, which he said he had recovered from J&K, Misar added.

However, Purohit in his statement to the ATS said that he had thrown the 60 kg of RDX into the Jhelum river instead of depositing it in the army depot.

The ATS is also probing the role of a Nashik-based builder who was paid Rs 2.5 lakh by Ajay Rahirkar at the behest of Purohit. The police have already said that funds amounting to lakhs were routed to Rahirkar through hawala channels. Rahirkar, in turn, transferred part of it to Pandey and Purohit’s accounts.

The Haryana police probing the Samjhauta blast (which happened in Panipat in Haryana) are now counting on finding new clues when they get to question Mahant Amritanand alias Dayanand Pandey on Sunday.

The Samjhauta probe trail had reached a dead-end in Indore, but the initial line of investigations was very SIMI-centric as several SIMI leaders including Safdar Nagori came from that area.

Madhya Pradesh police officials involved in the probe last year said that when a SIMI connection failed to emerge, suggestions were made to examine the possible involvement of Hindu right wing groups, but it was not taken up then. Haryana police confirmed the SIMI angle was ruled out after investigations.

A mix of high- and low-intensity explosives was used in the blast on the Indo-Pak friendship train which killed 68 — 42 of them Pakistanis. While a larger quantity of Potassium Chlorate and Sulphur were used to create the bomb, minor quantities of RDX were also found in the bomb, Dr. R K Koshal, ballistic expert from Haryana’s Forensic Science Laboratory confirmed. The use of RDX in ‘traces’ was also seen in explosives used in Mecca Masjid blast in Hyderabad in May 2007 and also in the Malegaon blast.

“There was RDX in traces in the suitcase bomb on the Samjhauta Express and that much was enough for the blast mechanism,” said Kaushal.

ADG Haryana V N Rai who is heading the Samjhauta blast probe, however, said that there is still no major breakthrough in the investigation.”We are closely monitoring the situation and are in touch with Mumbai ATS. Our probe status still stands at Indore”, Rai said.

The bombers had purchased the suitcases from Indore’s Kothari market. Investigations had found that the ‘Kodak’ brand suitcases used in the explosion on the train were purchased from the Abhinandan Bag Centre in Kothari Market while a tailor who sat opposite the bag centre stitched the suitcase covers. That apart, the pipe-bomb shells, Super Saurabh plastic boxes in which the IED was packed were also bought from the same area. Two of the accused in the Malegaon blasts are from Indore.

Arif Qasmani is like many others who are included in the list for nothing. One can see credibility of this list by knowing that it has included one of Jamat-ud-Dawah's leader Haji Ashraf in the list who had died ten many years ago. So its not reliable source.

And another truth is that Arif Qasmani is not a member of Lashkar-e-Taiba or Jamat-ud-Dawah. So you cant hide your terrorists behind his name. I have provided you a a solid proof of your own ATS findings. So come forward and show the courage and renounce this Terrorist Army officers.

And if I accept your argument that he has done terror only in Maligaoon then why dont you call him a terrorist. Anyone who kills innocent Muslims and Christians in your country should be called terrorist. But I know you will never call Col Prouhit a terrorist because anyone who kills innocent Muslims becomes your chief minister like Moodi.

Protecting terrorist mean committing terrorism. Dear courage is no where in India so how can you show a bit?

You deem yourself as patriotic Pakistani, but I know more than you that Jinnah Died in 1948, Advani might be digging his grave in 1952.

I don't understand this water issue being raised by Pakistanis. Isn't IWT cited as a model treaty for such kind of water sharing.

Have the GoP lost confidence in the problem solving mechanisms built into this this treaty? or does it think it was tricked into an unfair treaty? If yes, why does it come up 50 years after it was signed? What steps have the GoP taken within the confines of the treaty to address this situation? If nothing, why? Is this just a bogey raised just to stir up anti-India sentiments?

From an excellent article I read in the Hindu, because of the fact that there is no incentive for India to develop the cachement area for these rivers which flow into Pakistan, the water flow into Pakistan will continue to suffer. What is needed is more cooperation between the two countries. Such talk will just end up hardening hawkish sentiments on both sides.

haha......that jinnah died in 1948..so was he killing the ghost of jinnah

Here is the proof of Father of All Hindu Terrorist

Mr. L. K. Advani is wanted in Pakistan in a criminal case in FIR No. 4/1948 registered at a police station in the Pakistani city Hyderabad. Fifteen persons were arrested and tried and convicted by a special court.

Exchange of prisoner was made under Transfer of Prisoners Act, 1949. Mr. Advani, a supposed commander of RSS, is listed as absconder. There were 38 accused persons listed in the charge sheet.

The case was registered in 1948. And he proudly writes on his web portal that he was and he is a member of 'Mother of All Hindu Terrorists' The RSS. If one admits that he is a member of a terrorist organization and wanted in a criminal case then too you need some more proof to call him terrorist? Now please dont argue that RSS is not a terrorist organization. Just accept the reality that in Pakistan terror accused never reached the chair of power but in your country terrorists are Chief ministers and would be prime ministers.

Do you think India honors any treaty? No dear. India itself took the Kashmir issue to UN and UN passed resolutions that Kashmiris should be given right of self determination. But India put these resolutions in the shelf. A state which does not honor its international commitments how would you expect that it will honor a brokered bilateral deal of IWT ?

Dude here is a report of AFP which will show you the real face of Advani's Terror. I may have misquoted 1952 for his running away from Pakistan but the AFP report sets the score. Now anyone of your would come forward and call advani a terrorist?

Here is the report

Alleged plot to kill Jinnah : 57-yr-old criminal case still pending against
Advani

By AFP, Islamabad

May 31, 2005, 13:03
Pakistani police will not press a 57-year-old case against visiting Indian
opposition leader Lal Krishna Advani over an alleged plot to kill the
country's founding father, officials said.

Hardliner Advani, deputy prime minister in India's former Hindu nationalist
government, arrived in Islamabad on Monday and met the Prime Minister
Shaukat Aziz and Foreign Minister Khurshid Kasuri. He is also due to meet
President Pervez Musharraf, on his visit.

During his week-long stay, which is his first to the country and is being
touted as part of a peace process started last year by India and Pakistan,
he will visit Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi and his native town of Hyderabad.

However a criminal case is still pending against Advani and 17 other Hindu
hardliners for allegedly conspiring to kill the founder of Pakistan,
Mohammad Ali Jinnah, and other leaders of the Pakistan movement, police
said.

The case was lodged at Karachi's Jamshed Quarters police station, on
September 10, 1947, a few weeks after the partition of the subcontinent into
Pakistan and India.

"We still have the first information report of this case in our records," an
official at the police station said on condition of anonymity.

"He is our guest and visiting Pakistan on our invitation so we cannot open
the case against him at this juncture," a senior official told AFP also on
condition of anonymity.

The government of Sindh province, where Karachi is located, said it was
making special security arrangements for Advani who is due in the city on
Friday.
