2 claim of surgical strike
3 increase pressure in UN and world bodies
4 take some steps like 200% increase terrifs - mfn revoke - pull back embassy staff - block borders -etc
5 non cooperation in world bodies or regional bodies (already india doing it )

I am not in ruling establishment of any country. So can't really respond to this.

As far as India is concerned, I guess current situation suits it. In every 2 years, India aids GDP equivalent of Pakistan to its GDP. With " booming" current exoecono condition of Pakistan, this incident is a godsend to Indian economic establishment. FATF hearing is coming soon. Any hope of Pakistan coming off grey list is gone.
