I mention the history to delineate the extent of reasonable claim India should make. It's all about proper borders and land ownership, not about balkanization.

Speaking of the British, they have a similar problem with Ireland where they illegally occupy Northern Ireland. Over time they sent so much of their people there (as well as reproduce like crazy) that now they 'claim ownership' there. India is doing the same in NE regions.

What I'm saying is this:

(1) it is unfair for Bharat to infringe on China's territory, and

(2) if India wants to infringe on someone's territory at least do it to those who have done the same (i.e. Europeans). In other words, punish the criminals not the innocent.

Yes, I know Indians now make up the largest proportion of minorities in the UK (particularly London). Why don't you guys flood the rest of Europe with Indians? I'm truly rooting for you guys. It will help with India's poverty problems (i.e. remittances) as well as restrict/ease/control Europeans' temperament for foreign 'adventures'.

Basically, by exposing Europeans to different cultures they'll (slowly over time) be more open. Thus diffusing racial & religious tensions. Everyone wins in the long run.

And as a historical side note, Buddhism originated in southern Nepal, was ostracized and persecuted by Hindus. Thus, there is a lack of Buddhists but plentiful Hindus in India.

Yes, yes I know Chinese products are so shoddy that the best brands in the world manufactures in China. Yes, yes I know Chinese products can't compare to 'superior' Indian products so hordes of Indians smuggle Chinese products they purchase during their overseas trip. Also I've been around India so I saw the reality with my own eyes. It all boils down to this: All nations are fearful and insecure about the future. Nothing unusual here. However, this fear is turning everyone on each other -- self-preservation. Europe has a HUGE movement to "Keep Europe White".... is really scary.
