India grounds entire Sukhoi-30 fleet

SOP are not invented, they are made, declared and followed. So if this is the standard operating procedure for IAF then surely this have been worked over by them. :)
Regarding the WHY part, this is the very reason, to see if it was Pilot's fault or if there is any airframe issue avionics malfunction etc. Surely they wont keep it that way for long, will check out for the problem, if it is found to be an error on pilots part then all planes will be up and running with necessary advise and some operation guidelines given to pilot in light of what was done wrong. If the problem is with the plane itself, this is a bit time consuming task as other planes will have to be check for the same issue so it can be resolved. No air force, how ever rich the country is can afford there fighter planes falling out from sky and that too the plane considered the pride of that force and the front line main stay fighter!

Also as mentioned earlier, after the Mig 21 saga, IAF will be that much more cautious!

again, accidents do happen, no reason for hype here. :)
Another question i hope you don't mind. Three days ago Two Us f-16 collided F-16 pilots OK after midair collision over Kansas - Yahoo News
It looks like pilot's fault. Isn't it?

Most probably it is pilots fault. Still the avionics may have some role to play! the speeds at which these birds fly they are not to be controlled by human reflexes. The computer and avionics provide with all the necessary information to control the plan at such speeds so it might be a case of some system malfunction.
Still, most likely, pilots are to be blamed in this particular case.

Then in this case it is more likely pilot's fault and it can be avionics malfunction. Is It?
But my question is?
1. If it can be avionics and system malfunction then why US didn't grounded entire fleet ?

There planes there rules!! Moreover they (USA) must have figured out that that was a pilot fault listening to the communications and analyzing the wreckage more quickly then IAF might have.

my point is simple dear, our planes also crash and we also do not ground our fleet. The Su-30 have faced some repeated problems in the past and so that might well be the reason that they want to reevaluate.
Cant understand how this actions makes Su30 a junk can and make OAF pilots taxi drivers. :)
Chill out, these things do happen

Can i say F-16 superior to Su30?

you can say what ever you want to dear, it you own will. But if you say so, i will have to point out that Su30 and F-16 are totally different category fighter planes and have different roles in there relative forces.
