India greater threat than Taliban

Pakistanis are just addicted to India, the while Pakistan are battling with the terrorists, they still think India is their biggest enemy. lol

India IS the biggest threat to Pakistan. The damage a war with India could do to Pakistan is so much more than AQ or TTP could ever hope and vice versa as a war with Pakistan could derail the Indian economy like all wars tend to do. That is why the Kashmir dispute NEEDS to be resolved ASAP.

Having been to india and knowing the indian nature - I am proud that our people see, the entity to the east - as it truly is a fascist entity with a neo-imperialist elite, hell bent on becoming the hegemonic power in the region.

1 . Most Pakistanis think Osama's death was bad thing . Shows their support for the mass murderer .

2. Around half of Pakistanis either support or are undecided about extremist groups like Taliban and Al Qaeda .

3. 63 % Pakistanis either support or are undecided about LeT , a group that kills and targets Indians ( Mumbai 26/11)

If there is a discussion about defence 90% of the time it is US who we discuss about. :)

Likewise, Indians probably think Pakistan is bigger threat than Maoists, LeT, seperatist groups..

Actually, No.

Pakistan as a state to India is not so much of a threat as the state supportred uncontrolled elements inside Pakistan are.

Seen form a Pak perspective I feel the some of diff between the Taliban & India could be :

One is outside its borders the other is within
One can be addressed and spoken with the other cannot, it by now has a mind of its own
One has clearly defined borders / LOC the other does not, it lives next door
One is controlled by GOI the other is controlled by ISI/ PA
One is accountable the other is not
One has a clearly defined agenga to defend itself, the other wants to take over Pakistan

.
i find this part interesting

Majorities or pluralities give Pakistan a negative rating in six of the seven other countries where this question was asked, including China, Japan, and three predominantly Muslim nations ? Egypt, Jordan and Tunisia. China it said continues to receive high marks in Pakistan. Nine-in-ten Pakistanis consider China a partner; only two per cent say it is more of an enemy.

for most of the Pakistanis India & TTP are same .....

& this consideration is based on present & past indian attitude towards all neibours & not only Pakistanis now Bangladeshis, Srilankans & even Nepal consider india as the biggest thread for regional peace & progress...

even for me 22% seems wrong it should be less than 10%
