India gets high praise in Republican platform

Nothing surprising. Two of the biggest propaganda loving nations find comfort amongst each other.

LOL - yes - which is why every Western country outsources manufacturing to China - they are the pioneer of slavery - who makes better slaves than the Chinese kid working for rice and sewing Nikes? LOL.

One has to be lost at logic to come up with this kind of statement.

Let me ask you a few things. Which country has a ridiculously high illiteracy rate? It's India. Why is that so? One of the reasons is rampant child labour. If you slave away in factories as a child, you simply don't have the luxury of attending school. On top of that India is also known for its ridiculous high child mortality rate due to malnutrition and poor or the absence of health service.

But somehow you guys have the cheek to ridicule a nation that is amongst the top in literacy and education (an indication of low child labour). No wonder that India's politics is so disfunctional that even our media that rarely reports anything negatively about India can't help but to write about the awful state of Indian politics.

Well, the jury's out on the data coming out of a communist nation. Of course India is pathetic in practically every parameter of development but the transparency a democracy has can't be compared to the dubious data coming out of a communist nation.

As far as German media is concerned, it is their right to air whatever they want. We know the shortcomings and the positives of the Parliamentary system; we don't need Germany to point it out to us.

. . .
yup, approval of the white man is EXTREMELY important for indians.
pathetic!

NO wonder your factories survive because of White Man's whim and fancy while common Chinese laborers have to slog their lives off.

Now come back with something useful rather than the pathetic Communist garbage you are ordered to blabber here by the Red Guard.

Nothing surprising. Two of the biggest propaganda loving nations find comfort amongst each other.

Funny enough, a country that owes its existence to one of these "two countries" in mention, is talking this.

Do not worry, no one is insulting your darling country China.

Your countrymen started the garbage here so we simply responded back. They rely on the so-called white man for their economic survival and talk about us.

First tell your folks to not blabber.

That's nonsense.

1. Bangladesh does not owe its existence to either of these two countries. One of these countries openly, actively opposed the '''creation' of Bangladesh.
2. What matters is the truth, not necessarily who speaks it.

.
The title should be "loon party all praise for india" :P

1.And the other pretty much liberated your country.
2.So.... anything which you say is by default the truth? India becomes a propaganda oriented nation 'coz you think so. Gr8 man, can't argue with that.

Goray ne peeth thapthapa di aur indians ki chaati fool ke kuppa ho gayee............:D

such is the infiriority comples among indians that they look for appreciation from whites.....

Umm... It was your present who offered Pakistan army as a slave to US army and thanked US at the same time. Who is a lapdog now? :D

L O L Americans POURS BILLIONS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF investment into India plus Indian banks were given access to GE Capital billions for lending Credit to Indian businesses not to mention millions of jobs out sources into India all during GWB Time to make her stronger against china .

Americans are focused on the sick economy and job losses, not overseas issues. Romney has assembled a foreign policy team chock-a-bloc with retreaded neoconservatives who often sound like members of Israel’s hard right Likud Party. All the neocon fanatics who created the hysteria leading to the US invasion of Iraq in 2003 are now back and ready to work their magic on promoting wars against Syria and Iran. Destroying Iran is their key goal.

Romney’s foreign policy advisors are now so far over to the hard right and so warlike that some senior Republican party foreign policy veterans, like James Baker and Brent Scowcroft, are deeply alarmed and are actually backing Obama’s policies.

We see a deep split in the GOP between the new right and traditional East Coast moderates. This is because 44-50% of self-described Republicans today call themselves born-again Christian fundamentalists from the nation’s heartland who support far right domestic and foreign policies and consider a Greater Israel as part of their religious credo. Israel has co-opted almost the entire American Protestant conservative religious movement.

Behind all the fanfare over Romney lurks the key question: Republicans call for greater military spending (today already 50% of total world arms spending), confronting China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, expanding US influence in Africa and the Pacific Ocean. Yet, contradictorily, they vow to cut taxes and shrink the monstrously bloated government created by Republican George W. Bush (a despised figure kept away from Tampa).

Washington taxes its citizens at the level of a small nation yet supports a huge global empire. The US has borrowed billions over the past decade to cover the difference between low income and vast spending. This can’t go on much longer. Debt threatens to capsize the US economy.

Romney is trailing Obama in the polls. But if he somehow wins in November, he will be forced to either raise taxes or cut military and social spending. The latter threat terrifies older Americans who rely on government medical plans and pensions. Women are furious at Romney over the abortion issue and dumb remarks about abortion made by a Republican senatorial candidate from backwards Missouri. Independents, swing voters who could determine the election in key battleground states are fleeing the GOP in growing numbers.

The once mighty Republicans, the party of Abe Lincoln and the great Dwight Eisenhower, may be facing their hurrah. If they lose the 2012 election, the party could splinter and stumble off to irrelevance as a fringe of rural and suburban white right-wingers and Bible Belt religious extremists.

In the present time relation between USA and India are good.
