US government does not want it's key tech to go into CCP hands. So it may think thrice before investing in Pakistan which will be flourished with Chinese investments and tech companies. Overall, I also think it may not be much of an issue. But slight hindrance might be there.

Understandable, but not on-ground facts are contrary to this assumption. For instance, Samsung recently entered a JV with a Pakistani company to begin local manufacturing of its cellular handsets. This has happened when Chinese cellular manufacturers are setting up assembling and manufacturing facilities in Pakistan.
