You can look it up. It was part of $2 billion line of credit that was taken by BD few years back. I just remember that it was given in four instalments of $50 million each.

Line of credit would mean its different from a grant, i suspect.

How can we? You took payments from us and promised to give us the vaccines but you gave the middle finger.

That was a contract between two private parties, BD and Sirum institution. We only took partial payment. In fact by 25 Aug, 2021 we had dispatched more vaccine to BD than any other countries.
