What's new

India Developing, but still a long way to go

Surat is a rich nice city

So far as rich is concern, it undoubtedly is. However it lacks the beauty of natural scenery of Kerala or coastal Goa. However, Some amazing farm house and housing schemes are coming up. I have the photos but some individuals are visible in it so I am not posting. People are highly rich and down to earth.

Muslims are talking about peace,Harmony,Hindu extremists and secularism!!! lol :rofl::rofl:

Anyway,Jews and Buddhists are teaching secularism and now it's Hindus time to teach secularism to muslims.

Open up a newspaper once in a while, even a Hindustani one, and you will see how different the world is from your government's propaganda.

This is how the future's shaping up.

No Taj Mahal's, pretty utilitarian buildings which come across as fancy in developing India, but the key here is the Anglo-Saxon lines, lineage and function-driven style of the complexes. Appropriate too. Boston style functionality Vs. Taj Mahal's curves, I dunno. $ US Vs. Love. I really dunno ... but I see standard issue, glass-steel over concrete motivated by optimal land/space use. Commercial ? you bet, millions of sq. ft., lac's of jobs; still.

I say no harm done, all good.

Renault launched Made-in-India Captur SUV @ 9.99 Lac. I think they have another smasher. Renault, for a new entry Co. re: India has had a smashing run in the market.

Re: Surat above, nicely done. Urban planning and all the vibe of cities-smart cities etc. is stating to show. Indian cities need to get going, catch up with the neighbourhood cities of Middle-East, Iran, Sri Lanka ... dare I say Pakistan ( minus safety and public transport infra. which is improving too slowly) and China ( inclus public transport infra. which has gone through the roof but minus the pollution pls.) Indian cities are already choking.
