This is without a doubt a great achievement of India. But you know what is India's greatest asset? It is the hard earned secularism which has held it together up till now. When a people work in harmony and peace, you get progress.

That is being unraveled by fascists like Narendra Modi, who has succeeded in building a cult following. Now he makes blunders and instead of criticism, he gets applause. He implemented demonetization and his hardened followers silence all critics. He has allowed Hindu extremism and his hardened followers silence all critics. He has bungled the implementation of GST and his hardened followers silence all critics.

So you are very right to brag about these shiny towers. It is a great achievement of India that it has built them. South Africa was included in the BRICS group because it had showed great promise and had built shiny towers. It didn't turn out as it had promised to be, and there is no reason why India won't go down that road too.

Modi is a non corrupt hardworking PM what India got and indians are proud about it.When he go abroad clearly see the welcome used to get unlike many other PM of India.India is growing much faster than many major economies even under GST and demonitization shocks.India will see much larger growth in long term and under his leadership.

Any way keep aside politics from this thread....

My dear friend, corruption has many forms. If Modi damages the moral fabric of India to perpetuate his power, that is also corruption.

This is not about politics. It is about India's shiny towers. The leadership of yesterday laid the foundation stones for the shiny towers of today. The question is, what will the Modi of today do that will affect India's shiny towers of tomorrow.

It is just 50 m away from my house. It is an old photo. Now road is covered with trees from 3 side. In middle, and on the both side of the road.
