"Over the next decade, India is expected to benefit from strong growth in the local financial services, IT, real estate, healthcare and media sectors. In particular, the local hospital services and health insurance sectors are expected to grow strongly. Hyderabad, Pune and Bangalore are expected to lead the pack in terms of wealth growth," the report said.
Millionaires or High Net Worth Individuals refer to individuals with net assets of $1 million or more.
The report also jotted down some of the affluent suburbs in the country. In Mumbai, localities like Bandra, Juhu, Goregaon, Parel, Worli and Palm Beach Road were named as the richest. - Why $'s ?
A more realistic approach is to multiply the #'s by x10.
The basic building blocks that make up ex-Colonial Indian cities are 10 times cheaper, at least. I'm sure everyone is familiar with PPP values.
Mumbai/Delhi are realistically more like $ 8.2 and $ 4.5 Trillion in PPP terms and that is exactly why they can afford top-notch infrastructure now, something overwhelmingly locally sourced. For eg. the all new mega Delhi/Bombay airports. Rainmakers both, notice they are actually only refurbished and recycled old airports with savings in land costs. Point is that while Indian airports are money spinners while being class acts, there was no money spent on land acquisition ... correct me if wrong I think the British might have built them in the first place. Sure they are now building more airports.
Same with railways. Also expressways, the land was mostly colonial hangover. Not shopping malls though
In conclusion, Indian cities are mega rich, are cheap because of inheritance rights and thanks to generations of inappropriate and misrepresentative metropolitan politics, subject to dehumanizing and abusive politicians.
Navi Mumbai, Noida, Chandigarh, Tatanagar, Durgapur, Rourkela, upcoming Amravati are possibly better examples of Indian cities. New, they but tend to be small and in the majority are good enough. No new major Indian city or suburb has turned out to be disastrous despite predictions to the contrary.
Sadly, Karachi, Lahore and Dhaka which were the 3 major jewel like Indian (mythological, anthropological and functional Hindu ) cities didn't even find mention in the article.
Girl may seek attention but this is a typical psycho case of a third rate selfestimeless felloe who always want to prove. His wrong born and bought and his zihadi mindset has coupled with it to make him a total gone case.Ashok is like an annoying teenage girl, constantly looking for attention. I wouldn't bother with him if I were you; it's a waste of your time and energy.
