Regulatory body in Mumbai have stalled many supertall Don't know why they have always one justification of infrastructure and basic utility load for low fsi permission Even airport traffic path is kms away from worli and south mumbai.

Mumbai city is developed by people and government, on other side Nanjing was created by Chinese government and they filled people in it just to make it look like a city. No doubt Nanjing has very good infrastructure, but it is just not Mumbai.
