The NE is the most beautiful part of India for sure. Unfortunately its underdeveloped, hopefully that will change soon, it can really be something amazing.

Basically for us, every state other than south used to considered as North India.Of course NE looks like a nice place with generous people.But they are not much into main stream india, be it in politics,business,industries,people etc.India should concentrate NE just like modi said before.
