India is developing at a rapid pace, but Delhi still remains filthy.I used to study in a delhi school in Mayur Vihar, and there was poop(animal) anf filth lying around, and in some places the stench was so bad u had to close your nose.Last year I went to the place, and it's exactly the same.We must do something about it, it is a major hub of our country.
