This is a Delhi building, new headquarter of Munciple Corporation of Delhi.
Some facts:
The center will also have parking space for 2,500 vehicles.

Forty four high-speed lifts are being installed in the building.

Five Helipad on roof.

According to the Mayor, the total floor area of 1.16 lakh sq metres will be divided -- 50 per cent will be allotted for commercial establishments and 50 percent for institutional space.

"Nearly 15 companies have shown interest so far and we are hoping to generate nearly Rs 1,000 crore through this. Part of the revenue will be used to develop a traffic management plan around the centre, which is estimated at Rs 300 crore and includes the construction of six underpasses," said an MCD official. "A list of the shortlisted companies will be released soon," he added.
