A 52 MW wind power plant that Suzlon Energy is executing for Gujarat State Petroleum Corp (GSPC) in Gujarat will be commissioned in September, a state government official said.
“The work on the project site in the Kutch region has started. It will become operational in September,” the official of the industries and mines department said.

The newest wind turbine in Germany has less than 5MW norminal power output (at wind speed 14m/s). And Germany is the one of the leading countries in terms of wind power technology.

Jammu-Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla Rail Link (JUSBRL) project could easily be described as one of the biggest and most challenging railway project in the world. And in fact many railway engineers involved in the project believe this project as top of the list, even more challenging than the highly acclaimed and much talked about Tibet railway project completed by China.

Such a grand project, to my belief, deserves a thread of its own. To help this thread get started, I've scoured various places for relevant material and placed them below.

The Bone and Joints Hospital is an Associated Hospital of Government Medical College situated at Barzullah in Srinagar. Its is Officially a 125 Bed Hospital, however the present Actual Bed Strength is 244 beds. The Hospital provides specialist care for all Bone and Joint disorders and procedures.
