India Developing, but still a long way to go

Cool but US/EU biased vid. Russians, Ukrainians, South Africa, former Eastern Block, Israeli's, Arabs (GCC & N.Africa specially) Palestinian's and new Asian republic's, Japs, Thai, Indonesia also are crazy about India.

Lots of Americans, Europeans, Japs , Koreans , Finns, Dutch and Filipinos in Bangalore and Chennai.I have heard about several expatriate clubs in these cities. I guess it's the same with Bombay and Delhi as well ( duh !! )and to a certain extent in Kolkata. mainly because of IT and Manufacturing ( Automobiles, electronics). The Germans dominate in Pune among expatriates, whereas in the other metropolitan cities there's a uniform mix of all nationalities like French, German, Russian, Filipino, Chinese, Japanese, Korean,etc.

There has been a sudden influx of foreign students coming to study in India. Not sure of the Universities in the North, but some Mega-Universities in KA and TN such as Manipal and VIT ( Vellore institute of technology) have close to 500-1000 foreigners ( NRIs not included ) each ,pursuing regular courses at their campuses. The students are mainly from China and Africa.
