I love how they drive! Turning on hazard lights instead of low beams while driving in low visibility areas while the left most lane looks like a no-go area.

I've never understood why some drivers turn on their hazard lights in tunnels like their lives depend on it. Such morons.

I would have been happier to see construction of Massive underground Sewage and rain water system along with plans or underground electric cables and internet fibres.

Are any of these being constructed ? or is all construction above ground ?

This is secretariate & other govt office buildings as they were facing problem to run AP from Hyderabad.
I don't know about rain water harvesting but everything else will be there.

I am not talking about rain water harvesting but massive underground sewage and utility tunnels.

Utility tunnels like these are the foundation of any modern city.

We don't believe in such trivial things as sewer lines, storm water drains, footpaths, etc. People don't give votes for these things. People give votes when you re-lay the roads (with poor quality bitumen) every time before the elections...

... Not making sewers/footpaths, etc, also gives a purpose to the otherwise morose lives of the public. People get something to fight for... good roads, running water, sewer, etc. It keeps everyone entertained and busy. Why break such a well-oiled process??
