It wont be sent to Pakistani or any country waters till its armed. Its dangerous and no navy will do that mistake. And it will take 2 years to train the sailers and to formulate a battle strategy regarding this scorpene class. Same goes for Rafale. We wont be using it in any wars till 2024-25 atleast.
