Do the Indian idiots know to launch a Brahmos missile their naval ships are required to come to which range to the target .... ???

Surprise ..... Surprise ....

No

Indian Brahmos are super coated with extra-terrestrial technology which allows them to be fired from the Arctic, and they will hit their targets in Karachi within less then a minute.

The US tried to sink it's retired USS America AC. It took them four weeks to completely sink the carrier through a series of explosions (otoh most details are classified) and found the effective method of sinking a carrier is not from above but from below by attacking the keel. That's why most carrier groups travel with frigates, Destroyers, attack submarines, ASW helos.

Carrier is not a large floating target for AWACS to spot, it's a floating air base AWACS wouldn't want to run into.

Sinking any modern ship is really difficult especially something as large/bulky as a carrier. The aim usually is to put it out of commission which is far easier then to a sink a carrier which requires far more resources and efforts.

What if torpedos are used?

The Vikramyidta is not the USS America by any stretch of the imagination. It is a short legged carrier with small underpowered airwing. An AWACS will have no problem spotting it because THATS THE WHOLE POINT OF HAVING A AWACS. Once you know where the large surface ship is you can throw missiles, torpedoes and whatever else you can at it. I think some of you guys need to play some Harpoon or read some Tom Clancy

More to sink and more fantastic tea to be made lolz.

 Ok Admiral sb, you could've saved PNS Ghazi.

What if torpedos are used?

You have to get close to fire the torpeodos, which is very dangerous. Its far easier to fire multiple ASM's from a distance then to get close to the Carrier and expose yourself to the Carrier's escorts.

Well put . I doubt it this Carrier will even leave the Bay of Bengal.

IN is still atleast a decade away before it can truly built a CBG that would resemble even a fraction of the might of a USN CBG. In addition, there is no evidence that the IN Officer Core has the experience to truly operate their Carrier in a CBG role. That will take time and most importantly experience. MIG29's have short legs, cannot take off with a full load, and will burn most of their fuel when they take off. This is just plain and simple physics. That being said, every day the IN gains more experience and with that experience, the next CBG it builds will be far deadlier then their current one.

IN is by far the most impressive arm of the Indian Armed Forces. I am confident that PN can defend itself against the IN in the Present, but if PN does not boost its capacity, it will be at the mercy of IN in the next decade. IN's modernization is impressive by every measure.

 Ok Admiral sb, you could've saved PNS Ghazi.

Thanks for adding so much value Mr. Troll.

Why sink the carrier if disabling it and preventing operations from it will redirect greater Indian resources towards rescue, recovery & defense of said disabled carrier?

.
Wont let it near Pakistani Waters or it would be shot down in hostility
Depends upon how IN utilize them in case of hostilities. Chances are that they will be escorted during the course of operations. More importantly, Americans do not just hand over their equipment to a customer without training the said customer in their use.

P8i have two radar systems onboard, and can identify 'objects of interest' with great clarity from over 370 KM away. It can also be equipped with munitions to attack surface and maritime assets. Think of it being better than P3C Orion in all aspects.

P8i also talk to each other and other assets, and offer comprehensive surveillance experience in this manner.

IN is not to be taken lightly, now that it is receiving valuable input and technologies from both US and Israel.

The Indian Navy has deployed its sole aircraft carrier to the Arabian Sea to keep an eye on a joint military drill between China and regional rival Pakistan.
The INS Vikramaditya, with a fleet of MiG-29K fighter jets on board, has arrived to monitor large nine-day naval exercise 'Sea Guardians 2020,' which was kicked off by Beijing and Islamabad in the northern part of the Arabian Sea on Monday.

The Navy spokesperson praised the "high levels of motivation & #willtowin, that were evident onboard the 'Queen of the Battle,'" as the flagship carrier is often called in India.

Military sources told PTI that the top officials from the Navy HQ were present on board. They also said that the ship was sent on a voyage with "a strategic objective," but did not disclose further details.

The carrier was reportedly testing out new hardware as well. A prototype of the HAL Tejas light combat aircraft (LCA) has successfully taken off from the ship's flight deck and landed on it on Saturday, military sources told NDTV and Hindustan Times. By doing so, the Tejas has become the first Indian-built jet to land on an aircraft carrier.

China brought five big warships for its drill with Pakistan, including the guided-missile destroyer Yinchuan and the guided-missile frigate Yuncheng, while Islamabad sent two Zulfiquar-class frigates, among other vessels. Pakistan's Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi said that the joint maneuvers highlight "the long-term relationship and mutual trust" between the nations.

New Delhi has been tracking the increased activity of Chinese ships in the Indian Ocean. Last month, the Indian Navy reported that it had chased away a Chinese surveillance vessel after it had supposedly entered the country's exclusive economic zone (EEZ) near the Andaman and Nicobar Islands in September.

China is also absent from the list of more than 40 nations that India invited to participate in its major Milan 2020 naval drill next year. Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Karambir Singh explained in December that Beijing was not invited because India was calling only the "like-minded" countries.

India and Pakistan nearly went to an all-out war last February, when cross-border shelling was accompanied with the first case of open aerial combat since 1971. After a brief period of friendly gestures, the tensions between the neighbors began rising again since last summer, as India revoked the longstanding autonomy of the part of the disputed Kashmir it controls, and reorganized the region.

Indian authorities argue that the changes in Kashmir will help fighting terrorism, and that better integration into India proper will boost the region's economy. The country also recently adopted a citizenship law, which simplifies naturalization for several religious groups that have arrived from Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Pakistan, but does not do the same for Muslims.

Pakistani officials have blasted the law as discriminatory. India denies these allegations, saying that the legislation is aimed at protecting the persecuted minorities coming from the Muslim-majority states, and is not detrimental to Muslims in any way.

Vikramaditya is a shemale???

.
Interestingly, some people here think that the Indian Navy is not aware of the threat posed by Pakistani ballistic missiles and submarines, and that it would hypothetically deploy its aircraft carrier towards Pakistan's eez without having any way to counter them.

Keep in mind the last time tensions rose between India and Pakistan, the INS Vikramaditya was successfully deployed on a deterrence patrol in the North Arabian Sea.

Indian Navy doesn’t need any Aircraft Carriers for Pak Navy...
If any serious conflict ever happen Brahmos will end all surface capabilities of Pak Navy in matter of hours.
Indian AC will only provide Air cover staying out of reach of any Pak Military assets.
Well, we have seen on 27th feb what your SU-30s were capable of. The same is going to happen with Brahmos. Don't over brag otherwise you guys have to bite the dust as usual.
