The sad reality is that may be there are no advance facilities here , pro indian nawaz has corrupted every institution.

Okay, only one thing I would ask, in this case had she applied for a visa attaching a letter of recommendation from Sartaz Aziz office?I doubt its that difficult since everything was running fine before, and now in the last two months everything is rejected and the reason being cited is "deteriorating relations"
If you have to tweet the official to get a visa and pressure on the department to issue a visa then there is a problem in your government not the process.

The reason the letter was made compulsory because of the deteriorating relations .the letter is being requested only recentlyIf she didnt, the reason cited for rejection be an incorrect application and not "deteriorating relations".

what is the reason for rejecting the visa ?https://www.dawn.com/news/1343814/i...a-to-pakistani-woman-seeking-cancer-treatment
The Indian Embassy rejected the medical visa application of a 25-year-old Pakistani tumour patient who was due to travel to India for treatment, citing deteriorating relations between the two countries as the reason for refusal, the patient's mother told DawnNews on Friday.
Inderprastha Dental College and Hospital (IDCH) in Ghaziabad was to provide surgical treatment to Faiza Tanveer for a recurrent ameloblastoma, a cancerous oral tumour which is aggressive in nature, according to documents acquired byDawnNews.
The hospital had invited Tanveer and her mother Parveen Akhtar to India for treatment, requesting a 20-day medical visa for the duration of their stay in the country, the documents said.
Akhtar said the pair were told by local medical professionals that chemotherapy would be challenging as the target area is a particularly sensitive one, given the close proximity to her ears, nose and eyes.
Its sad but anyways our doctors n hospitals arent the best out thr(according to pdf pakistanis)
Moreover Pakistani patients r paying for thr treatment,,,so it wud make sense if they go to iron bro china or iran(or any othr birader islami mumalick out thr)both r quite capable to give equivalent if not better treatment to paying clients.why even bother for visa to gangaland
I donot have time to dig out year old news, my point of narrating that incident was that indians are acting smug over visa rejection as if every patient who heads to India gets back fully healed and never dies during treatment. No it does not happen so stop acting like idiots by saying stuff, "oh we have bad facilities so please head to brother countries or west"
People will chose places they can afford , if people are well off enough ,the last thing they would want is to go to india cause even your facilites are not world class. We have acquaintances their daughter suffered form cancer, they are well off people they treated her at bestest hospitals in britain , unfortunately their kid recently died. Those people could easily have gotten visas to India but no one went there.
It is matter of affordability, stop acting like God just because some patients want treatment in india.
And india rejected her visa, fine , noone is forcing Indians or asking them to grant her vor stuff. If the patient would wnat she will try for visa again and if she still does not gets it it does not mean God has shut down all routes for her, if she has to heal she will find treatment elsewhere.

Visa for Jadhav's mom: In blistering tweets, Swaraj slams Sharif's aide Sartaj Aziz

- Swaraj hit out at Aziz for not having "the courtesy even to acknowledge" her letter urging a visa be granted to Kulbhushan Jadhav's wife
- Also, Swaraj as much as said it's Aziz's fault that Pakistanis in need of urgent medical attention are unable to come to India
NEW DELHI: Union minister Sushma Swaraj on Monday used strong words to hit out at Pakistan's foreign affairs head Sartaj Aziz for not having "the courtesy even to acknowledge" her letter to him urging he grant a visa to Kulbhushan Jadhav's mother.
Jadhav is the Indian national on death row in Pakistan.
External affairs minister Swaraj's comments were primarily intended to clear the air after Pakistani media reports last week said that India has refused medical visas to people from that country,
On Twitter, Swaraj as much as said that it's Aziz's fault that Pakistanis in need of urgent medical attention are unable to come to India. She assured Pakistanis that India is happy to grant medical visas and hoped Aziz "has consideration for the nationals of his country".

The external affairs minister pointed to recently-changed rules that stipulate Pakistanis wanting a visa for urgent medical treatment must get a letter from Aziz. "But I assure Pakistan nationals seeking medical visa with a recommendation from Mr.Sartaj Aziz, we will issue the visa immediately," said Swaraj.

Then, Swaraj delivered her coup de grace.
The minister talked about how India too has a visa application pending "for an Indian national Mrs. Avantika Jadhav who wants to meet her son in Pakistan". It takes a beat to realise she's talking about the mother of Kulbhushan Jadhav, the Indian national sentenced to death by a military court in Pakistan.for allegedly "spying".

Swaraj said just like the letters Aziz must write for the medical visas, she, too wrote a "personal letter" to him for the grant of Avantika Jadhav's visa.
"However, Mr. Aziz has not shown the courtesy even to acknowledge my letter," she said.

Kudos to Mrs. Swaraj for her transparency about the situation. Sadly, Pakistan does not care for it's own citizens even to write a letter of recommendation for a medical visa. What happened to their ... Read MoreColdFlak
Pakistani media reported last week that the Indian embassy in Pakistan rejected the visa application of a woman suffering from cancer who was to come to India for treatment. The woman, Faiza Tanveer, in several tweets over the past couple of days, urged Swaraj to intervene. It appears Swaraj has.
