In Pakistan, any organization working in public is registered with some some government regulatory authority like political party is registered with Election Commission. NGO/NPO/Associations of any kind are established under relevant law and registered with some authority like SECP/Registrar, etc.
Just equating RSS with MB or JM or LT is not enough. So I am again asking about legal arrangement of RSS. Some activities of RSS are political, some are voluntary association and some are related to NGOs. Can anybody explain here?

Rahul Gandhi represents the dynastic politics which is prevalent in this part of the world. Even Pakistan has a fair share of these privileged kids getting the fruits of power due to the family they are born in. Quite a few of them in India. A large number even in the ruling party BJP.

The socialist / communist groups in India are not dynastic.

Can some indian educate us about legal status of RSS. Is it a NGO, political party or an association? Unelected leadership of RSS is controlling policy level direction and decisions of ruling junta at center.

The RSS describes itself as a nationalist, patriotic social service body. But everyone knows that it is preacher of Hindutva and provides cover to so many other Hindutva groups to legally operate.

But the RSS headquarters in Nagpur did not even fly the national flag for 52 years ( between 1950 to 2002 ) yet it imposes the scare of "Nationalism" upon various groups like Muslims, Leftists and Liberals.

Muslims have their own Jamats, Christians have their own bodies and RSS is just a body like that. It is one of the thousands that work and flourish as per their reach.

But you too know that the Muslim and Christian bodies will not be allowed to practice stick fight, sword fight, gun firing and will not be allowed to carry trishuls ( tridents ) in a public march.

If things could be changed like that then ....... I don’t see Khanaiya kumar anywhere near Delhi for some time to come. I have nothing against him though. Politics is very strange thing and works in strange ways.

Christian bodies have been allowed to flourish and have been on a conversion drive since independence. Muslim organisations have been openly carrying out activities that I am sure Pakistan wouldn’t allow any non Muslim religious organisation to conduct on their soil. About anti-national, he had visited JNU university campus in 2016 in support of the so-called "tukde tukde gang" who were the progressive students there, but I find it doubtful he will be called anti-national because of the OP.

About sedition charges, I think since he has not made charges against the President or the Supreme Court or voiced sympathy for the Naxals he won't be called seditious.

Glib talking politicians exit across the world. Promise making politicians too exist everywhere. Kanhaiya Kumar who has been recommended by one FM in a previous post too is a smooth talker. His only forte has been talking till now. Zero experience of any ground work.

Isn’t IK a smooth talker too. Didn’t he promise the moon which is no where to be seen. I have nothing against him. Might be the results of his work would become visible soon. But he does appear to be a failed administrator at this stage.

similarly, Modi too made a lot of promises and has delivered on quite a few of them.

While FMs here appear to give an impression that smooth talking can make a politician invincible but that’s not the case. Politicians who make false promises are shown the door all across the world in democracies.

Worry not FMs, Indian has been a democratic country since its inception in 1947. India has seen more colours of democracy than that seen by Pakistan.
