Ahahahah... Lmao, its not unreliable, they do it on purpose. Since Russia is looking for countries to dump its Soviet era weapons, since they know if any country really have a choice/issue a global transparent tender, then our(western/U.S) products/weapons will secure almost all these contracts(its already slowly but surely happening in India). So they have to look for ways to delay/slow down this process and maintain their grip on emerging/developing countries. so expect to see even more of this type of news coming from Moscow.

The recent rumor is that India plans to induct 126 J10B from CHina, of which 100 of it will be produced in India with TOT. CHina also agrees India's payment proposal by rice and curry.

you forgot to mention, there is a clause in the contract..."India can not use J10B against its enemies" ...rofl .. ;-)
