Sorry for my inadequate knowledge..But what is the use of this military Aircraft?? can't we station some squadron of Tejas/Sukhoi in Andmaan, because 110 million $ is huge amount for one aircraft.
even Rafele is quoted for 120 million $ after price escalation....

These are not fighter aircrafts like Tejas or MKI. These are amphibian SAR planes, to be used to search and rescue naval or coast guard (or any other) personnel in the sea. They could also act as exfiltration for marine commandoes, if India chooses to use it in that role.
