Your country's position on poverty is worse than India but you still shout on that is very funny!!!

Since when did Pakistan's total population even cross 200million. Pakistan's total population all combined (poor, middle class, wealthy) is 185 million while the number of poor people in India are more than 421 million.

Yes Indians you are superpower. Superpower of Poverty.

The World Bank estimates that 456 million Indians (41.6% of the total Indian population) now live under the global poverty line of US$1.25 per day (PPP). This means that a third of the global poor now reside in India.

According to the Human Development Index (HDI), 60.3% of Pakistan's population lives on under $2 a day, compared to 75.6% in nearby India and 81.3% in nearby Bangladesh,[9] and some 22.6% live under $1 a day, compared to 41.6% in India and 49.6% in Bangladesh[10]

Why not? We Pakistanis will do everything we can to keep bharatis up at night :pakistan: :china: :pakistan: :china:

You have some serious misconceptions. Here is some reality for you.

Both the Chinese and Japanese express generally unfavorable views of Pakistan, while the Chinese tend to feel negatively toward India as well.

Publics of Asian Powers Hold Negative Views of One Another | Pew Global Attitudes Project

Negative views of Muslims were also strong in several Asian countries: Half or more of the Japanese, Indians, Chinese and South Koreans surveyed said they had negative impressions of Muslims.

You may try as much as you can to be their sycophant, the reality is not going away. ;)

Because the Uighur separatist movement is supported by Zionists, the enemies of Islam:

This is one of the reasons why Pakistan will neve support the Uighur separatist movement.
Since when is Bush a Zionist or Dalai Lama an enemy of Islam? What happened to the Ummah now?

You think DL doesn't make friendly with anyone and everyone who furthers his cause? Including those who is connected to bombing civilians? How about some outrage?

I agree that he is against China and obviously will side with China's enemies, but we are talking about DL being an enemy of Islam... I don't see how your argument is relevant in this context?

I am guessing that the logic here, is that the Dalai Lama is the dear "son" of India.

And the Pakistani members here consider India's actions in Kashmir to be an attack upon Islam. And they have managed to convince the largest Muslim organizations in the world (OIC, etc) to block India from entry.

You'll have to ask Omar for a more specific explanation.

P.S. I don't think that Omar actually said that the Dalai Lama was an "enemy of Islam". My fault for not checking the claims you made. :P

.
The reason that the Asian publics hold unfavourable views of one another, is likely a lack of education/awareness regarding political issues.

Most people don't know or care about regional politics. Those that do, I believe will probably tend to rate their allies higher and their rivals lower.

These are the facts as of now.

I am a mod on an Indian forum and I have seen some Chinese posters post really fancy stuff about Muslims and Islam after the Uighur riots. Stuff that I can't reproduce here.

So, the fact remains that the relationships between your countries are based on ephemeral interests that happen to coincide, the underlying foundation is really weak.

Does anyone give OIC a damn?

Islam is only used for politicking by Pakistanis. It is a convenient tool, nothing more.

And they are the losers for it.

You indians are the ones claiming superpower and success in GDP but still you have more poor people in India living below the poverty line than the total populations of Pakistan, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Nepal all combined.

Since when did Pakistan's total population even cross 200million. Pakistan's total population all combined (poor, middle class, wealthy) is 185 million while the number of poor people in India are more than 421 million.

No one in India calls ourselves a Superpower, except may be some on the net.

It is you who is obsessed and scared shytless about a non issue.

We have poverty and it will be in single digits in a decade if the current growth continues. A very manageable number with the resources that we will have.

Anyway, you show your sick attitude every day.

And you were seemingly not taught basic arithmetic in your Madressa. A higher population would mean higher number of poor, rich, middle class with the same percentage. Is even that too much to understand for a Madressa grad.

You're just stating the obvious, since we both understand the nature of Realpolitik.

What does India have in common with Russia? Do you think the skinheads in Moscow would care whether you guys are Indian/Middle Eastern/Central Asian?

P.S. I try to avoid forums where Indians are mods. In BR for example, Chinese posters don't usually last more than a week before they are chased out. In D-F-I, the mods are actually the biggest China-bashers of them all. :P

3 years kids know the following truth:

1. We Chinese want to see a developed and stable Asia. This is in all Asian countries' interest, but not in America's - a developed and stable Asia has no room for US.
No country, (china is no exception) seeks development of neighbouring states. The policy is "to each his own". In china's case it is evident when you gauge the development within its immediate allies. Any installations they build or areas they develop are meant to serve china and no other. People say china seeks pakistan as US sees israel. I can tell you this is so warped from ground realities. US made a mistake with israel, they allowed them to get much too powerful and assertive. Now israel dictates US foreign policy. China can never allow such a scenario which is why you dont see pakistan involvement in chinese policies.

2. We Chinese don't like power projection, we don't come to your house to tell you how to run your family business. We will never do it. The US will never understand this.
Again, not true. China has grown increasingly assertive towards its immediate neighbours. There is also the issue of taiwan. It seems china is bent on annexing the nation one way or another.

3. We Chinese try very hard to live side by side with all Muslims, we see this world big enough for everyone. The US is fighting Muslims everywhere.

Uighurs wouldnt agree with you.

.
Does anyone give OIC a damn?

Well, I have always considered the OIC to be a very important international organization. We're talking about the countries, that live in one of the most resource-rich regions on Earth.

I wouldn't mind if China joined, though the SCO is good enough for now, and the EAC for later.

how much influence india can have on Iran?

just some quick friendly reminder:

1. China provides Iran weapons. We recently licensed C-704 missile to Iran. We can transfer the blue print of Type-99 tank, JH-7A/J-10 when necessary. Whether india can match it?

2. China can block all UNSC resolution against Iran when necessary. Whether india can match it?

3. China can effectively provide almost unlimited funding and project management expertise on these infrastructure projects. Whether india can match it?

at the end of day, india can be Iran's customer, but Iran will be our friend.

On one hand you say Iran can be Chini's friend and yet u repeatedly use whenever u want. LOL
Q1) You said, u ppl can send blueprints when u want ?? Did ur govt send it when america threated to bomb it ? When they wanted it ??
Q2) U said China block sanctions when it wants to(sic), that didnt stop US from imposing crippling santions on them
Q3) U said china can provide unlimited support for infrastructure project, well did ur govt invest in slowly developing Chabar port ?

NO ?!?!
So, its only China's interest which it looks for. All this strategic reln. with pak is BS.
