Raki Nala is in the dispute zone and its the concrete structure put up by India. If this structure indeed is there, it should be removed to show good faith for both sides to deescalate as its in the dispute area.

We need a reginal war to train and test PLA,for it hasn't been engaged in any real combats for more than 3 decades and from this war we can better study and analyse our tactics,logistics and supply,coordination of different units...that will be a modern war and a lot of new technology we developed during the last decade can be put to test.
