From the Chinese point of view, it is not disputed territory. Just like from India's point of view, AP is not disputed territory.
Will India ask China's permission to build roads in AP?
I totally understand. This becomes a problem of Chicken and Egg (Which came first).
We need to find a face saving way to end the standoff and start a negotiations.
I feel winter is the only solution. We should let it cool down and let winter set in after that both sides will have to pull back, and we can start negotiations on what is each others POV and derive at a solution.
