India-China factor in Asia

indian's prime factor is not to spread their super-bugs and infectious diseases, drug and narcotics around Asia

Its natural on pdf..

if chinese in probs then pakistani cheerleaders will come to rescue and if pakistanis are in probs then chinese cheerleaders ;)

"cheerleaders" is my creation to be used exclusively for indians on forums

The fact is:

China will be crushed by Japan if its started built weaponry or U.S fully aid its for same the amount what China has included nukes.

Or Japan will have the same what China does within 15 years later? Want to bet ?

Don't underestimate Japan, a country has money and has own technologies but China is not !!! [Just like a big country just supplies hard labors for the World]

How is that possible? They couldnt do it WW2 they cannot do it now when we are a lot stronger

This is a paid article sponsored by CCP. India is a big player in Srilanka and Indian investments will dominate Srilanka in the coming days. Chinese lobby in Srilanka will loose.

This post is certainly 3rd rated with only rant but nothing

But yes, after India voted against Sri Lanka at UN Human Rights Council, Sri Lanka is consciously avoiding India, and there are anti India sentiments.

1. You also don't forget that 15 years for Japan built weapons equal for China 60 years needed to compete with Japan.

2. Right, that is a main key and Japan only needed for a shortest period time for equal with China. Next year, Japan will running test with 6 gens fighter which are most country still ran test for its 5 fifth gen.

3. Even right now for the Naval fight between China - Japan then China still not for sure to win Japan on its Naval which meant Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force

Bottom line is, don't ever never underestimate Japan, Germany or even Israel. They toughest, they gutted and strongest nations.

Good luck to Japan. However, I wonder if the people of South East Asia have forgotten what the Japanese did to them under occupation and how many will side with a militaristic rejuvenated Japan. The Japanese themselves are very careful in not evoking such a fear amongst the SE Asian nations. Their US written constitution forbids Japan to spend beyond 1% of their GDP on defence, though even 1% of their GDP is quite a big chunk.

Vietnam was devastated by American carpet bombing and use of chemicals like agent orange etc, yet Vietnam is now leaning towards the Americans and wooing Japan because it sees threat from China. One thing you need to remember, you can not lease your defence to others. You should strengthen yourself and should be able to defend yourself through your own efforts.

I wonder if, like India, Vietnam is also not wooing enhanced economic interaction with other countries by raising the Chinese bogey.

India raised, funded and supported LTTE for decades. Indian Tamils did the same till India feared that an identical movement may not erupt in Tamil Nad and initiated measures against its self raised and supported terrorists the LTTE.

India violated Sri Lankan sovereignty for decades and bullied their smaller neighbour. Now, Sri Lanka has an alternative to India - the Chinese. And now the Indians are shouting foul. The ground realities are changing in the region and it is time India wakes up to these realities and instead of using the past bullying tactics, needs to reconcile.

China cannot be an alternative to India in Sri Lanka. It is half across the world. Even now the whole of Sri Lankan telecom is under Indian operation. And there are many sectors where India is leading by far in investments such as real estate, infrastructure development etc... By far, the main player in Sri Lankan economy is India.

As regarding China, India has made it clear to China that any enhanced activity by China in India’s neighbourhood would means enhanced activity by India in South China sea.

da f*q! LOL who told you whole of SL telecom is under Indian operation? XD Any source? or explain it to me how?
South Asia's tallest telecommunication tower is building in Sri Lanka by China, 2 satellites to operate in 2015 and also these communication satellites by China, also China is building satellite ground control centre too.

Most of infrastructure projects handles by China, India is handling railway project at the moment. But recent railway projects have also given to China.

With what would you enhance your activity in South China Sea?

Your naval strategy clearly highlight the eastern arc of your influence ending at or around Andaman and Nicobar and not beyond that. Sending a couple of ships for a port call in South China Sea does not translate in to a show of activity.

India does not have the capability to project its power in South China Sea and hurt Chinese interests there. However, China can arm Burma, Sri Lanka and Pakistan to massively increase India's difficulties in Indian Ocean. Does India have such a capability in South China Sea - may be not to an extant which would rattle China as Chinese ventures would adversely impact India in Indian Ocean.

My post in another thread ........

Threatening and coercing Sri Lanka with petty tactical moves will not make any difference. Now that LTTE is gone for a considerable period, or may not be able to raise their head again, the Sri Lankans can start taking advantage of their strategic location, particularly when an alternative in the shape of China and Pakistan is available to them.

The elimination of LTTE gave the Sri Lankans an ability to look beyond India and its coercive manoeuvres. Over a period of time, if Sri Lanka can develop its naval prowess to a level where it can defend itself against a coercive India, India's ability to use Bay of Bengal as her own backyard pond can be seriously challenged. With the Chinese moving in as they are, this may well become a reality not in too distant a future. India's Western Naval Command may find itself blockaded if required, and Andaman and Nicobar advantage would then be neutralized, a Tri-Service Command or a no Tri-Service Command.

These are real possibilities and Sri Lankans need to realize these facts, if they are not already trying to.

That is what your President is telling. I just quoted him. As far as the infrastructure projects are concerned, if India says no, they go to China or other countries. Even this is quoted by your President

"Whether it is Sri Lanka's exports or imports, wholesale business or investment in land and hotels, it is India which is the main power involved. It is only India which is involved in the telecom sector too," he said, adding that Sri Lanka will not hurt India's interests in the region and that any such fear was unfounded.

India needs to take relook at dealings with neighbours: Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa - Times Of India

I know you think China to have unlimited resources, and do anything it wants, while India to be poor and cannot even reach Sri Lanka.

Indian Navy ready to flex muscles in South China Sea

Navy ready to flex muscles in South China Sea

Do you think, the way we are acquiring weapons left right and centre is for Pakistan? We plan to spend $200 Billion on weapons in next few years to counter Chinese.

We are a large economy and growing fast and we have the wherewithal to counter China.

I fully understand that currently, the Chinese naval defence is based on a green or brown water navy. For this they already have around 70 different types of submarines. You will have a muscle rupture if you flex your naval muscles against the Chinese in South China Sea, the media diatribe and jingoism notwithstanding.

Sir, your naval strategy does not emphasize extending influence in South China Sea. Therefore to quote a media sourced jingoistic pronouncement may actually mean nothing on ground. The current and future format of ANC also does not translate in to developing a power projection capability into South China Sea. At best ANC is being developed to effect a naval blockage of Chinese naval forces to enter Indian Ocean. How successful it may turn out to be, is a moot point indeed. When China develops its power projection capability, we will have to see the actual ANC capability.

I don't know what are you basing your predictions on?

We are constructing oil rigs in South China Sea in the areas considered as a disputed by China.

what is ANC?

Anyway, what stops you from thinking that India doesn’t have resources or cannot acquire them in future? We are also a mega country like China with better demographics. We are growing faster. We are the third largest economy on this planet. We have some of the largest natural resources in the world.

Moreover, why do you think China would jeopardize its equation with India? If let us say, China does want to take on India, what makes you think that India would not exploit Chinese adversarial relationship with Japan, Australia, Vietnam, Taiwan, Philippines and US to its advantage.

ha ha ha .... you'll construct those in your dreams only.

You are not constructing any rigs. Vietnam just leased you a block in the disputed sea zone. The lease was ending and you could not even initiate a survey. Your government singed an extension of the lease with Vietnam. Big deal.
